New Synopsis
and another restructure
On the back of the Northern Writers’ Awards, I’ve had my first ever speculative enquiry about my manuscript, Somewhere Between, from a reputable independent publisher. While it’s exciting, I won’t get my hopes up as I know the text is not ready. With an absence of paid work at the moment I am using the time to work on it, and there is still a way to go. I’ve just had yet another big reshuffle of the chapters as I try to get them in the optimal order, for instance. Still, it is a nice new feeling to have someone in the publishing industry interested enough to want to read more. And to give my words a fighting chance, this called for a stronger synopsis, which I’ve included below for paid and honorary subscribers.
